St. Neots fire station
Day-crewed (Monday to Friday) and retained
St Neots fire station is in the Huntingdonshire district. It operates two fire engines. The first is crewed by wholetime firefighters five days a week from 8am to 5pm. Between 5pm and 8am the fire engine is crewed by firefighters on a retained duty system. The second fire engine is permanently crewed by firefighters on a retained duty system.
The retained firefighters at St Neots fire station train for two hours each week during their training evening. This is on a Wednesday between 7pm and 9pm.
The Hazardous Materials Unit is also based at St Neots and is crewed when required by retained firefighters.
