The district staff are also based here, including district management, administrators, fire safety and community safety officers and an HR adviser.

Guide dogs put the 'dog' into Dogsthorpe
Firefighters helped put the `dogs' in Dogsthorpe in March as they invited guide dog puppies to visit the station as part of their training.
The puppies, aged between 15 weeks and 12 months, visited the station to get used to the sights, sounds and smells of a fire engine. This ensures that when they are guiding their owners, they do not panic or run off if they come across emergency vehicles.
