Wisbech fire station is in the Fenland district. It operates two fire engines. The first is crewed by wholetime firefighters seven days a week from 8am to 5pm. Between 5pm and 8am the fire engine is crewed by firefighters on a retained duty system. The second fire engine is permanently crewed by firefighters on a retained duty system.

The retained firefighters at Wisbech fire station train for two hours each week during their training evening. This is on a Thursday between 7pm and 9pm.

District staff are also based at Wisbech. This includes district management, administrators, community and fire safety officers, and an HR adviser.
