Complaints against elected Members of the Fire Authority
You may complain to the Fire Authority if you have a complaint against an elected member of the Fire Authority and you consider that the member has breached the Fire Authority's Member Code of Conduct.
Complaints must be made in writing and should be submitted to:
The Monitoring Officer
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Fire Authority
Further advice on the submission of complaints is available from the Monitoring Officer (01480 444 615) at the Fire Authority.
The Fire Authority can only deal with complaints about the behaviour of a Member. It will not deal with complaints about things that are not covered by the Members' Code of Conduct. If you make a complaint it must be about why you think a member has not followed the Authority's Code of Conduct.
All Authority documents including the Members' Code of Conduct can be found under Fire Authority Documents.
If you wish to raise a complaint against Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service, please visit the Contact us page for details on how to do that.
