Two crews from Wisbech were called to an abandoned caravan which was on fire in High Side, Wisbech. Crews used two hose reels to extinguish the fire and were at the scene until around 11.40pm.

Two crews from Cambridge and Cottenham attended a garage fire in Burgess Road in Waterbeach. The garage, which was an end garage in a block of three and part of a residential premises, was well alight when crews arrived.

Two crews from Huntingdon and St Ives and the rescue vehicle from Huntingdon attended a four vehicle RTC on the A14 between the St Ives and Fenstanton exits.

Two crews from Cambridge and Royston attended Olloway Farm in Melbourn where a field containing three acres of stubble and 60 tonnes of baled crop were on fire.

Fence and shed fire - Huntingdon.
27 July 2008, 6.22am.
One crew from Huntingdon was first called to a fence fire in Armstrong Court and used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Shortly after extinguishing the fire, at 6.47am the fire service received another call to the same area for a shed fire.

Four fire crews from Huntingdon (x2), St.Ives and St Neots attended a house fire in Cowdell End in Elsworth. When the first crew arrived the fire had spread rapidly through the loft space of the detached house.
