Hotel fire - Thorpe Road - Peterborough

At 9.25pm on Monday (29), one crew from Dogsthorpe, one crew from the Peterborough Volunteers and a crew from Yaxley were called to a fire in the Thorpe Lodge Hotel in Thorpe Road, Peterborough.
Firefighters arrived and discovered that this was a fire in the kitchen.
Crews used one CO2 extinguisher to extinguish the fire and returned to their fire stations by 10.25pm.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
