Car fire - Central Ward - Peterborough

On Saturday (29) at 6.20pm a crew from Dogsthorpe was called to a car fire on Russell Street, Central ward.

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight and spreading to a fence and a second car.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire was accidental.

The crew returned to their station by 9.10pm.
