Tractor fire – A47 - Fenland

At 12.38pm on Monday (22) crews from Wisbech and Dogsthorpe, along with the north roaming fire engine, were called to a fire on the A47. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving a tractor carrying hay on the A47 near Guyhirn. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their stations by 3.10pm.  

The cause of the fire was accidental.
