Van fire – Hempsted - Peterborough

At 2.05pm on Tuesday (22) a crew from Stanground was called to a fire on Hillary Close in Hempsted, Peterborough. 

Firefighters arrived to find a van well alight. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their station by 3.20pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
