Road traffic collision - Burwell - East Cambs

At 5.17pm on Saturday (15) the south roaming fire engine, along with a crew from Newmarket in Suffolk, was called to a road traffic collision on Toyse Lane in Burwell. 

Firefighters arrived to find a car on its side. Using specialist equipment they released a male casualty who was left in the care of ambulance crews.  

The crews returned to their stations by 6.45pm.
