Fire in the open - Newborough - Peterborough

At 4.46pm on Sunday (10) a crew from Thorney was called to a fire in the open on Whitepost Road in Newborough.

Firefighters arrived to find a large quantity of rubbish well alight. Using a hose reel, the crew extinguished the fire and returned to their station by 5.20pm
