Roof fire - Buckden - Huntingdonshire

At 12.22pm on Monday (15) crews from Huntingdon, St Neots and Stanground were called to a roof fire on Bishop Way in Buckden.

Firefighters arrived to find a roof under construction well alight. Wearing breathing apparatus firefighters used hose reels, small gear and a turntable ladder to extinguish the fire and returned to their stations by 3.25pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
