An outstanding team achievement or a team that has consistently performed above expectations throughout the year.

Winners

Operational Safety Group, based at Service headquarters in Huntingdon, for work on various projects, improved efficiencies and performance, reduced sickness and improving relationships. Each individual has made a collective contribution to the team's vision for improved performance, by developing their own areas as well as committing to team goals. Their focus has been on improving customer service, which has helped them build stronger, more effective working relationships as well as contributing to the team's excellent performance.  

Peter Dunning and Robert Anderson, for being enthusiastic, flexible and committed to providing a first class courier service. Peter and Robert work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure all Service correspondence and light equipment is collected, sorted and delivered to locations across the county. Working together to manage workloads and absences, they ensure the Service's post is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

The Training Centre, based at Huntingdon Fire Station, for continued progress and commitment, high standards and excellent feedback from staff and external stakeholders. Throughout the year the team has responded to a host of demands with enthusiasm and determination, proactively changing their duty system to meet the needs of the organisation. Always willing to go the extra mile, they genuinely want to make a difference and feedback received consistently praises their professionalism, knowledge and skills.
