Car fire - Orton Waterville - Peterborough

At 12.16am on Tuesday (14) one crew from Stanground was called to a fire on Ham Lane in Orton Waterville, Peterborough.

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 1.15am.

The cause of the fire was deliberate. Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
