Scrap yard fire - Linton - South Cambs

At 7.57pm on Sunday (4) crews were called to a fire on Station Road in Linton.

Crews from Cambridge and Linton, along with a crew from Saffron Walden in Essex, attended the fire.

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed involving lorries, cars, skips and a shed. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using jets and returned to their stations by 12.10am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
