Car fire - March - Fenland

At 2.27am on Sunday (18) one crew from March was called to a fire on Heathcote Close in March.

 

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight with the fire spreading to a nearby fence. They extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their station by 3.31am.

One female casualty was given first aid at the scene and left in the care of ambulance crews.

The cause of the fire was deliberate. Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
