Building fire – Abbey ward - Cambridge

At 9.36am on Saturday (16) two crews from Cambridge were called to a fire on Barnwell Road in Abbey ward, Cambridge.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire on the ground floor of a two-storey building. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose and a jet and returned to their station by 11am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
