House fire – city centre - Huntingdonshire

At 11.05am on Tuesday (19) one crew from Dogsthorpe and one crew from Stanground were called to a fire on Chester Road in Peterborough.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a first floor bedroom of a two storey house. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reel and a jet and returned to their stations by 12.40pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
