House fire – Parnwell - Peterborough

At 4.15pm on Saturday (25) two crews from Dogsthorpe were called to a fire on Eye Road in Parnwell, Peterborough.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a house. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

The crews returned to their station by 5.20pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
