Portable building fire – Bury - Huntingdonshire

At 11.39am on Monday (26) one crew from Chatteris and one crew from Stanground were called to a fire on Owls End in Bury.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a portable building, which was smoke logged. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their stations by 12.55pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
