Fire in the open - Ramsey Mereside - South Cambs

On Monday (30) at 11.53pm, one crew from Ramsey was called to a fire in the open on Chandlers Way, Ramsey Mereside.

Firefighters arrived to find an area of decking well alight in a rear garden. Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire before dampening the area down. The crew returned to their station by 1.10am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
