Hedgehog rescue - North Bretton - Peterborough

On Thursday (30) at 6.11pm, one crew from Dogsthorpe was called to rescue a hedgehog from a drain on Oxclose, North Bretton.

The crew arrived to find a hedgehog wedged in a drain. Using small tools, they were able to lift the hedgehog out of the drain and release it.

The hedgehog was left in the care of a neighbour, who’ll take care of it until it's ready to be returned to the wild.

The crew returned to their station by 7pm.
