Fire in the open – Stow-Cum-Quy - South Cambs

At 4.27pm on Wednesday (19) one crew from Cambridge was called to a fire near the B1101 at Stow-Cum-Quy.

Firefighters arrived to find a fallen tree well alight that was spreading to other trees. They extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 5.30pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
