On Sunday (30) at 1.32am, two crews from Cambridge were called to a house fire on Emery Street, Petersfield.
Crews arrived to find a fire in a bedroom. Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire followed by a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke.
Both crews returned to their station by 2.40am.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
