Flat fire – Eastfield - Peterborough

At 7.58pm on Wednesday (21) one crew from Dogsthorpe and one crew from Stanground were called to a fire on Eastfield Road in Peterborough.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in the kitchen of a flat. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and a jet before returning to their stations by 9.45pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
