Garage fire – Fowlmere - South Cambs

At 8.13am on Saturday (29) one crew from Cambridge and one crew from Royston in Hertfordshire were called to a fire on High Street in Fowlmere.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a garage. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and a jet and returned to their stations by 10.10am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
