Machinery fire – Manea - Fenland

At 8.17am on Friday (18) one crew from Chatteris and one crew from March were called to a fire on Wisbech Road in Manea.

Firefighters arrived to find a compressor on fire. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 9.55am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
