Fire in the open – B660 - Huntingdonshire

On Tuesday (6) at 4.25am one crew from Huntingdon and one crew from Thrapston, Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service, were called to a fire in the open on B660 near Catworth.

Crews arrived to find a fire in trees and a polytunnel. Firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire before returning to their stations by 6.55am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
