House fire – Abbey Ward - Cambridge

On Thursday (29) at 1.23pm two crews from Cambridge were called to a house fire on Peverel Close, Abbey Ward.

Crews arrived to find a fire in the kitchen of a house. Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire before returning to their station by 2.15pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
