Fire in the open – Cambourne - South Cambs

At 4.19pm on Friday (6) one crew from St Neots was called to a fire on Eastgate in Great Cambourne.

Firefighters arrived to find around two tonnes of straw well alight and extinguished the fire using a hose reel. They returned to their station by 5.45pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
