Road traffic collision - Godmanchester - Huntingdonshire

At 10.43pm on Thursday (12) two crews from Huntingdon were called to a road traffic collision on Offord Road in Godmanchester.

Firefighters arrived to find a car had collided with a tree. Using specialist cutting equipment they released two casualties who were left in the care of ambulance crews.

One further casualty sadly died at the scene.

The crews returned to their station by 12.45am.
