Car fire – A505 Duxford - South Cambs

On Wednesday (6) at 11.52am a crew from Sawston was called to a car fire on the A505, Duxford.

Crews arrived to find a car well alight. With assistance from the Duxford Imperial War Museum fire service and wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire before returning to their stations by 1.05pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
