House Fire – St Ives - Huntingdonshire

On Friday (8) at 1.13pm a crew from Chatteris and one crew from Huntingdon were called to a house fire on Nene Way, St Ives.

Crews arrived to find a fire in the kitchen of a house.  Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used one hose reel and a jet to extinguish the fire, before returning to their stations by 2.50pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
