Fire in the open – Wilburton - East Cambs

On Sunday (12) at 11.28pm a crew from Sutton was called to a fire in the open on Stretham Road, Wilburton.

The crew arrived to find a large unattended bonfire. Firefighters used two hose reels to extinguish the fire before returning to their station by 12.40am

The cause of the fire was accidental.
