Fire in the open – Godmanchester - Huntingdonshire

At 4.21pm on Friday (29) a crew from Huntingdon was called to a fire on Cow Lane in Godmanchester.

Firefighters arrived to find around ten metres of grassland on fire and extinguished it using a hose reel. They returned to their station by 6.15pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
