Car fire – A428 - South Cambs

At 12.07pm on Thursday (25) crews from Cambridge were called to a fire on the A428 near Hardwick.

Firefighters arrived to find a car on fire that was spreading to a hedgerow. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their station by 1.45pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
