Building fire - Eastfield - Peterborough

On Thursday (2) at 12.02pm, one crew from Stanground and one crew from Dogsthorpe were called to a building fire on Vicarage Farm Road, Eastfield.

Crews arrived to find a fire in an extraction unit in an industrial premises.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire, before using a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
