Bungalow fire - Isleham - East Cambs

On Friday (3) at 5.41am crews from Burwell, Cambridge, Ely, along with crews from Newmarket and Mildenhall in Suffolk were called to a fire on Station Road in Isleham.

Firefighters arrived to find a well developed fire in a semi-detached bungalow. The affected property and adjoining bungalow were evacuated when crews arrived. 

Sadly one dog died at the incident.

A road closure was put in place to allow crews to tackle the fire safely.
