Fire in the open – March - Fenland

At 6.11pm on Saturday (18) crews from March were called to a fire on Stowfen Drove in March.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving around four large straw bales. They extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their station by 11.35pm.

Crews returned to the scene on Saturday to ensure the fire was fully extinguished.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
