Car fire – Welney - Fenland

At 2.03am on Sunday (19) a crew from Manea was called to a fire on the A1101 near Welney.

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their station by 4.10am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
