Fire in the open – Swaffham Prior - East Cambs

At 9.28pm on Wednesday (29) crews from Burwell and Linton were called to a fire on Station Road in Swaffham Prior.

Firefighters arrived to find a bale on fire in a field and extinguished it using a hose reel. They returned to their stations by 11.15pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
