Fire in the open – Woodwalton - Huntingdonshire

At 1.09pm on Friday (31) crews were called to a fire on Raveley Road in Woodwalton.

Crews from Huntingdon, St Neots, Whittlesey and Stanground attended the incident.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving around 25 acres of standing crop and extinguished it. They returned to their stations by 3.45pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
