Fire in the open - Over - South Cambs

On Wednesday (26) at 9.24pm, one crew from Cottenham and one crew from St Ives was called to a fire in the open on Station Road, Over.

Firefighters used a hose reel and small gear to extinguish a large pile of cut trees that were on fire.

The cause of the fire was deliberate.

Crews returned to their station by 11.30pm.
