Car fire – Werrington - Peterborough

At 6.10am on Thursday (30) crews from Dogsthorpe, Stanground and the Peterborough Volunteer Fire Brigade were called to a fire on Mancetter Square in Werrington. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving around nine vehicles. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels. They returned to their stations by 8.45am. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
