Barn fire – Eye Green - Peterborough

At 12.30am on Friday (1) crews from Stanground, Dogsthorpe and the water carrier from Ramsey were called to a fire on Crowland Road in Eye Green.

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed fire involving a barn and bales of straw. They extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their stations by 3am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
