House fire - city centre - Peterborough

On Sunday (24) at 1.02pm, one crew from Dogsthorpe and one crew from Stanground were called to a house fire on Gladstone Street, Central ward.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire, before using a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
