Road traffic collision – A47 - Peterborough

At 12.33pm on Thursday (28) crews from Stanground, Dogsthorpe and Yaxley were called to a road traffic collision on the A47.

Firefighters arrived to find a collision involving two heavy-goods vehicles and a car near Wansford. Using specialist cutting equipment they released a casualty who was left in the care of ambulance crews.

The crews returned to their stations by 3.10pm.
