Building fire – Orton Longueville - Peterborough

At 3.04pm on Friday (2) crews from Stanground and Dogsthorpe were called to a fire on Oundle Road in Orton Longueville, Peterborough. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a two-story building. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.  

The crews returned to their stations by 4.55pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
