House fire – St Neots - Huntingdonshire

At 2.33pm on Thursday (27) a crew from St Neots was called to a fire on Oliver Way in St Neots. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in the kitchen of a house. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan. 

The crews returned to their station by 3.40pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
