Boat fire - Wilburton - South Cambs

On Thursday (3) at 12.15pm, one crew from Cottenham and one crew from Ely were called to a boat fire on Twenty Pence Road, Wilburton.

Firefighters used two hose reels to extinguish the fire, before returning to their station 1.40pm. The boat was reinspected later in the afternoon.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
